Nahhh I believe to be fair deal Strassburg has filthy filthy stuff, but we know he has arm issues from previous years. This is risk/reward trade. Odds are I will lose Strass to DL at some point, question is how many good starts will I get from him for the life of the contract. We'll find out. Plus I think JU is gonna sign with a Baltimore or Yankees type club. He is going to benefit from the move from San Diego for sure. I think this deal can definitely pendulum one way or another, but I always root for fairness at the end of the day. My hope is we both benefit equally. I want to retain trade partners for the future, not burn bridges lol

I agree stras will turn out to be a bargain or a bum. Has Cy young cieling and worthless inj piece of crap floor. Upton has high floor but not sky high cieling as I think we basically know what he is now. I hope he signs w balt personally

Yeah, no real offense was taken. Actually both Brew n Minnie helped me out greatly when I 1st joined and got frustrated about how things worked in this league.
So other than Minnie being slightly "snarky", it's all good!!!

Yeah, my thought was sign him @ $25.5M, see how the Yanks perform n if they stink then trade him. I kinda let Minnie brow beat me a little, but truthfully I did think bidding up to 26M was getting out of hand.
I'm still relatively new n still getting my feet wet, but I'm trying!

Yeah hard to justif spending that much on essentially one category, I mean he helps a little era, whip, k but mainly for one cat. I'm not out of stanton derby yet!
