I do not see a clear cut favorite. All teams have had losses. Everyone has had free agent additions, some more than others. The top teams should take a dive in the standings.

how did you get yourself in this predicament? you have to be in denial right now(no not wading in the river) and not thinking correctly. you have 4 spots still open and can offer only 1 yr contracts. that leaves you with 11 expiring contracts and no way to sign anyone for the 2014 season. NO MONEY (gentleman thats known as a hint)
YOU HAVE NO CHOICE(unless someone foolishly agrees to send you $$$ in any trade) but to drop that special person we talked about. only that gets nobody in return. it really is best to trade him for salary relief AND...AND get something in return.

All I can say is the way my team is structured right now, I'll be lucky to finish outside of the bottom third. Too limited on cash to spend on major contracts this offseason.
