it has happened b4 but only within a few transactions b4 being corrected. but we dont care about 2014 until it gets here. sd is correct that you must be compliant when the season starts and keep it that way thruout the season. just noticed pitty's predicament and being the a$$-wipe that i am decided to inform the league as tp what can happen to your budget.....and make it more difficult for pitty to trade out of it. ;D
