we assume last minute roster submissions by the managers and that is why we allow a week b4 the auction starts so we can compile a list of fa's and update the ssheets. especially the ssheets takes a lot of time.
this really is not the norm. i cant think of another time when there was an injury like this as we wait for eos rosters. just happens i guess.

If he is citing him as a cut player on his final roster, then he should be allowed to post that up until the 9th.
