any draft pick thats traded MUST INDICATE the team the draft pick is owned by
ex: Round 1(TEX) 2017 MiLB

If a trade is announced and agreed to that is in error
then both teams will be fined 500K
FIX IT before agreeing
it is nearly impossible to research the movement of picks and who ultimately owns them
when a question arises as im doing currently
