draft lottery

Just a thought I wanted to throw out there. On the radio they were talking about tanking in real baseball and one of the possible remedies they suggested was a draft lottery. For example if you did a lottery with the last 5 teams and each one getting chances based on finish

10th - 1 ball
11th - 2 balls
12th - 3 balls
13th - 4 balls
14th - 5 balls

Idk if even worth it just thought something people could weigh in on since things are a little quiet right now.

Interesting idea. How about making all teams eligible, except for the champion? Can't let Pitts get that pick too!!!!
