I might have asked this before.  I have been mainly a H2H FB player, and this league is literally my first roto in a very very long time.  So I've forgotten alot about roto.

This league has a Util spot.  So it appears to me that the Util spot debits 1 game if it is manned by an active player.  Cap is 162 games.  I got that part.

If that guy who is in the Util spot is a 1B-man, does it also debit a game from the 1B-man spot also?  1B cap is 162 games also.

No you have 162 games from utility like it is a position same as 1b,2b,of etc.

and that spot doesn't double debit from two spots right, the Util and whatever the origin position of that player is?

No you could play both goldschmidt and rizzo there all yr long. Separate game limits
