Can we draft beyond 25 players if we anticipate players being moved to DL and Waivers?  For example, Alex Cobba and Hyun-Jin Ryu....I figure they both will start DL or extended spring since both coming back from arm injuries.

Can I pick up 2 FAs that bring me to 27 players on my roster?

No. Waivers will not open til close to the open of the season. Commish will announce it.
