So if I wanted to promote Andrew Chafin from my minors.  Whats the protocol here?


Do I have to sign this guy to a contract, can I bounce him in and out of minors since I think he is not major league mandatory on IPs thrown.  What's the dilly-o on this, can someone walk me through it?

Sign him to major league contract. 600k for 1-5 years. you can then insert him into lineup.
He'll maintain his minor league # of years until he reaches the major league limit.
