Yup. I propose that we disallow PTBNL. You want to do a PTBNL? Feel free to enter a gentlemen's agreement with the other owner, but don't post it and expect the league to enforce it.
I also propose that conditional picks be an exception to the rule. Should we allow teams to trade conditional picks?

couple of ways...
i trade you my 1st round pick in 2016. but if i should fall apart and the pick ends up being top overall, then i keep it and you get the 2017 instead. or i trade you player X for your 3rd round pick. but if u win the title, then i get an additional 5th round pick.
something like that. just seems less risky and youd have to keep track of it, not the league.
but if we want to ban all conditional trades, so be it.
I wrote my two cents and not sure if I didn't hit post or it just didnt send from my ipad. The skinny was, I'm not in favor of PTBNL trades but would allow this one to go through.
