placing players on th dl

when i have to process 13 bids and then another 11 tonite and i see place players on the dl for me....no.
there is no reason that you guys cant do it yourselves. its just extra work for us.

Yes. It actually creates double the work. If you bid for a player and the only space you have for him is by putting another player on the DL, PLEASE do so before the FA bids are opened.

Conversely, if you have a guy on your DL who is NO LONGER ON THE REAL LIFE DL and you want us to add a player to your team, please take that player off the DL first. Yahoo throws up an error message which makes us go back into your lineup, move the guy off DL, then resubmit the transaction. Again it's twice the work.

Chicago has done all of the FA work this year (he's spoiling us) and I don't want to pi$$ him off so I have to do it....and you don't want to pi$$ him off because if I have to do it it won't be done until the next morning (that's when I get my computer time) and it probably won't be done as accurately!

Phillies had 5 guys on DL already and had to release a guys to move another guy to the DL.

Chicago is correct. Do what you can to help. Commish work sucks. Be happy someone else is doing it.

Last yr like my whole pitching staff was dl at the start, so maybe its a good omen phill! I'd still recommend trading for one of my pitchers tho.
