It's always interesting to see the different strategies for using the waivers. Some teams use them up as early as possible because they figure early in the season is when the most talent is available to roster. There's a certain logic in that.
Others tend to wait longer and see how the season/roster will pan out.
I think the first option is better for rebuilding teams and the second is better for contenders.
But what do I know?
