3. MIL (tie for 3rd)
4. BOS (tie for 3rd)
5. PITT
6. CHI
7. TOR
8. LAD
9. PHI

11. SD
12. TEX
13. MIN
14. DET


...and I don't even charge for my content like Keith Law!

The only thing this has to do with science is that it is a falsifiable list. That said if you switch one and two I am willing to declare it a fact.

I did not know "using science" also meant "pulled out of my rear end". But as I consider starting pitching to be my team's weakness, I'll take your ranking under advisement.
