As an owner who always will go for it (even with only $20m to spend on players like last year) I don't mind being in a league where most people give up way too early. ;P

Right now it appears min, balt, and milw favor the chg
Sd and det say no chg
Pitt and chi trending negative
Tor neutral
Unless there is a big rally seems like we are pretty evenly divided so prob just leave it i guess. Like i said im not a powerful advocate just throwing it out there.
Don't care either way but like SD said, teams have players signed through 2019 that could somewhat effect their team. Give everyone equal and enough time to prepare.

I don't think this change is ever going to take place so it doesn't matter, but don't pretend you guys have 5 year master plans that can't possibly be changed when you sign a guy to a 5 yr contract.
Blah, blah, blah. Here is a summary of the master plan from the start. Form the league, grab all the best rookies, build a winning team deep team. After 3 years of hording prospects, and snagging all the good contracts plus a Mike Trout, ASK the phillies to join. If this was a mile race, I'd say that is about a half a mile head start.
2014 Goal: Finish ahead of the Phillies - epic FAIL!!!
Just let me know when the student has passed the teacher.
