They just signed, but since the draft is already underway, they are not eligible for this draft.

They can be acquired one of 2 ways:

• If they reach 50IP or 150AB in the coming season, they are available via the blind bid process as major league players.
• If they do not reach those limits, they will remain minor league players and can be drafted in the 2016 MiLB draft.
