10.16 i would say unless admin gets finished early w final rosters and declares it open. Protip - submitting your final roster sooner rather than later would help him from getting swamped on the last day.

No there is a 1 wk trade period before end of season rosters. Now is a no transactions period to get final rosters submitted and updated for fa biddimg
