I posted on a trade about technically someone being over cap for the season thats over, and now i see it again (chisox). These things can be remedied by paying salary of the guy you are trading away for a few days til final rosters, but roy why bother. I propose after champ is crowned a grace period until final rosters for current yr salaries and then after we turn page it doesnt matter anyway. Just remove technicalities and make things easier. Is there a reason we shouldnt do this? Everyone is only rly concerned about 2014 now since 2013 is over.
