10/7 MON All transactions are suspended. Silent
bidding starts again next year, TBD

10/10 THU Final rosters due by 9am CST
Trading re-opens.

10/16 WED Free Agent Auction commences at 6am CST

I would like to propose trading from the end of the regular season until the final rosters are due (1 week). No pickups, only trading. This gives team an opportunity to balance out rosters, reduce salary.

What does everyone else think??

yeah I think the three days are administrative, and it probably helps keep everyone from waiting until the last moment to submit final roster in case something crazy happens...
