It has been the way it has been since i got in here. I agree with Toronto, leaving it as it is. I have injured players that won't return until August. I have to wait also.
What was the rule when the league started? There dosen't seem to be many original members left in the league to answer that question. If I had to vote, I would keep it the same, although in the end, it's the same for everybody.

I know we definitely can't change it this year during blind bidding because I have cut people only to make room to bid. I don't think we need to change, but don't really care if we opened it up during spring training next yr either
