its not that we are in any hurry to complete this draft but....
how about

all trades for current pick must be comleted before its time to pick, if not you must select a player
OR
all trades for current pick must be comleted within 1 hour of your selection time, if not you must select a player.
OR
leave it be.

I feel that we should be able to offer our pick for trade while it is our turn to draft. Maybe limit 6 hours for a trade to happen. If a trade happens, the clock does not reset.
