Just a reminder that even though the MLB season completes today, the 2012 cap year is still in effect until October 10. All transactions will be suspended starting tomorrow until Wednesday, October 10.
The 2013 cap year begins at 9am on October 10. Final rosters are due at that time. All players left off your final roster will be considered cut during the 2012 cap year.
