as you all know when yahoo opens for the season you need a 25-man roster in order to input your team into the game engine. last year 1 team didnt have that many and the commish just added a scrub and penalized that team $325K. its a slight advantage, but still an advantage, not to decide until you want to. so this year the penalty is raised to $2mil($1mil when cut) for every player the commish has to add to your team to get to 25.
