i finally have 15 free minutes. i am reading through the rules suggestion board and culling the better/most popular ideas (commish opinion of course) and adding them as individual threads here:

Hope everyone weighs in on the rules. I posted my votes. Several excellent points already made by others. What say you? Have any other ideas? Anything in the rules needlessly complicated? Anything in the rules that doesn't seem fair?
