The rules state
"Any player who start the year as a (MLP) can be placed on waivers. Once on a particluar waiver (ex: waiver #1) its his thru-out the season. He can go up or down an unlimited amount of times. If that player is dropped/cut during the year, that particular waiver is then unusable. They are not transferable."
This year I used WW#1 on Heisey so "its his thru-out the season" then I traded him away. If I sign him as a free agent I should be able to put him on WW#1 again right? The rules state "if the player is dropped/cut during the year, that particular waiver is then unusable," but I did not drop/cut Heisey. What say ye?
While doing the free agents this morning this situation did give me pause. But you had Heisey placed at WW #1, and its stated basically as his thru-out the year, untransferrable, so I didnt mention anything for the Commish to ponder. I would say it is acceptable and any changes to be applicable for the next year. I'd like the Commish to comment on it if he differs on the interpretation.
