Just a reminder....in order to be eligible for the MiLB draft a player must:
1. Have fewer than 150 at bats and 50 innings pitched
-AND-
2. Be listed in the Baseball America database: www.baseballamerica.com/statistics/players/search/
Nobody submitted any Aroldis Chapman type players...so there are no exceptions to rule #2 above.
