minor league players at 0 years

I have a few players at 0 minor league years, they have been eligible for major league rosters.

Have I lost them?
Do I have the option to sign them to major league contracts? If so, When is the deadline to sign them?

I have seen a post asking about this, but I did not see an answer.

if they have 50/150, and you have room on your roster, you can sign them and keep them. you would indicate this when you submit your final roster to commish.
