The Baltimore Orioles have agreed to Mark Teixeira, Brett Cecil, and Dexter Fowler to Milwaukee in exchange for Clayton Kershaw and Carlos Quentin.
The Orioles recieved a top quality young starter and a former All Star in Quentin thereby solidifying their OF and SP for the future. Also, the team was able to lower their total salary by close to $10m, making them a player in the FA market once again. Milwaukee on the other hand recieved All Star Teixiera, a slugging machine, an enigma in Cecil who no one seems to have an idea what he will do in the end, as well as a possible Carl Crawford type in Fowler.
