Breaking news out of Baltimore. Sources have confirmed a massive blockbuster trade between the Pirates and Orioles. The Pirates have agreed to send Joe Nathan, Brad Lidge, Manny Delcarmen, Arthur Rhodes, Vin Mazzaro, and Carlos Gonzalez to Baltimore for pitchers Chris Tillman and Heath Bell, Baltimore's first round pick in the 2010 MiLB Draft, and $4m in consideration for 2011. The deal comes as no surprise to some as Baltimore needed help in the pen. Pittsburgh in return got a young stud in Tillman and an All Star closer in Bell.
To complete this deal, Baltimore will send Carlos Gonzalez back to waiver wire spot one and send Vin Mazzaro down to the minor temporarily.

Like he said. Let me make it easier to digest:
Pirates send: Nathan, Lidge, Delcarmen, Rhodes, Gonzalez, Mazarro Orioles send: Tillman, Bell, #1 pick in 2010 MiLB draft and $4 mill in 2011
Before you crucify me for giving Baltimore an instant bullpen, realize that I am out of it this year and just flipped 4 rentals and 2 players I would have to cut in the offseason for a guy some think is the top pitching prospect in the minors, a cheap closer, another decent prospect via 1st round pick, and cash for the FA bounty of '11.
Not that I should have to explain myself. Anyway, it's not like I haven't been advertising these guys for sale for the last month anyway. You had your chance.
