Effective for 2025 Season and Beyond:
1. Entry Draft will expand from 2 to 3 rounds;
2. MiLB Total Years will expand to 100 Total Years;
3. Qualifying Offers, Declared at Year-End Rosters:
a. Still limited to 1 per team, but not mandatory);
b. Player Must be in last year of a multi-year contract (1 yr deals will NOT Qualify; however, anyone wishing to use it for 2025, will be Grandfathered in);
c. QO will be 11X last year’s salary, so on a standard Rookie 5-yr Deal, that would be $7,920,000.
