Congrats to the New 2024 Cashman’s League Champion Minnesota Twins!

Minnesota won the Western Division beating out LA and Detroit won the Eastern by nosing out NY. So in the World Series (East v West), Minny was Victorious, 9-3. Minny dominated most of the Cats, only falling slightly short in HR, RBI, & Holds. Had LA been in the Eastern instead, he would’ve squeaked out the Championship instead (6.5-5.5)!!

Thank you. It has been a while since I was able to do more than just win the West! Some season reflections...

MVP: Juan Soto
Cy Young: seems crazy but Bailey Ober?, prob would been Joe Ryan if he hadn't gotten hurt
Best P: Ryan Walker was free and ranked as my best pitcher per Yahoo with
80IP, 10 W, 10 SV, 99k, 21 HLD, 1.91 ERA, and .85 WHIP (shoulda given him more than 1 yr, DOH!)
Scariest move was trading Freddie Freeman for Vlad Jr, at the time seemed like a gamble.
Sticking with Corbin Carroll through the struggles was big, and Jarren Duran helped make it possible to bench Carroll until he came around.
Biggest Disappointments were ROyce Lewis and 2b (Albies, Semien)
For pitching Gausman and Fred Peralta also were not close to what I hoped for

Thanks to LA for keeping up the chase til the end to keep me sweating. Flipping a few cats could have made things really close, and I didn't realize he would have beaten me in category by category matchup!
