after consulting with the finest fantasy baseball minds in the universe its been decided...
starting March 1 all transactions are acceptable.(except dropping of minors) you can dl players, you can place them on ww, and then add others to replace these. until that time regular 'add 1, drop 1' transactions remains. all that means if that you can place a player on dl in yahoo but cant replace him until march 1.
just remember that come April 4th, the day before the season begins, you have to have a complete 25-man ACTIVE roster.
we will have a extra silent auction day on april 4th at 6pm CST so you can fill your roster if needed. the regular sunday will occur as usual. any roster having an incomplete roster after the silent bid on sat april 4 will have their roster completed by the commish. each rostered player will have a contract of 1 year and a 2million salary. you can drop that player but the penalty is 1 mil for that incomplete roster.
waivers. when you place a player on waivers he is still owned by you. only that player can be placed in that waiver spot.(waiver #1) that player also can be moved back and forth from that spot any amount of times. works just like minors.
