League page on Yahoo

The league page is no longer on Yahoo,is this a problem I am having or is a yahoo thing at this time of year,thanks................

even when yahoo starts the new season all i can do is register our league and notify you guys. we have 4 teams with incomplete rosters, less than 25. now it doesnt really matter until 1 week before the season begins but i cant finalize the league until all 14 teams have a 25-man roster. not rushin' you guys.

as stated above, I cant hit 'complete' when entering rosters in yahoo unless all teams have 25 players on them.
