I am highly considering changing our minor league years to 80 years for the 2022 Cashman season.
What I would like to do is increase our limit from 75 to 80 in 2022, starting 10.4.2021 - the day after the season ends. Coupled with adding a 6th round to our 2023 MiLB draft, every owner would receive a 6th round draft selection when we submit final rosters for this 2021 season...
Then, at the conclusion of the 2022 Cashman season, increase our minor league years to 85 total years.
Then evaluate to see if we want to re-structure anything further. Perhaps the long term goal of 100 minor league years is where we go ultimately, but I do not want to throw complete chaos into the league all at once. A stepped approach seems more reasonable.
Simultaneously, at the conclusion of the 2021 Cashman season, we will allow minor league drops at anytime. No longer regulated to once a year prior to our MiLB draft.

I’d like to see an extra round of Entry Picks added as well, that means only 42 picks in total for each entry draft class, not a huge number, especially w Comp Picks, is mostly 1st Rd players.
