Let’s find a new manager. KC has been non-responsive to my call to make his roster active and complete. It doesn’t look like he’s checked in in several weeks at best. We need someone more active. Let’s look for a replacement. If you have names, send em forward.

I'll get on him to be more active, but he literally just took this team over and joined the league. I don't get the quick hook with someone who doesn't even barley get how the league works yet.

I'm a little disappointed in the answer, vacation. When you join something you just don't disappear and a 3 week vacation?? Since he's Boston's connection and Boston is a good owner, I would give a 2nd chance but if Detroit says out, i'll back him since putting in the effort.

I'm all for 2nd chances, however the expectation needs to be set that you can't go multiple weeks without setting your lineup, even if you are out of contention. I get not checking the board...I would prefer a heads up in the chat area when someone is going out of town, but understandable that a new player would not know to do that.

Setting your lineup however needs to be expected at all times, someone may goof up on that for a day, but that is about all that should be tolerated. If KC is cool with that I am all for him sticking around. If not though this probably isn't the right league for him.

If you look at last league activity in Yahoo, it says he was just on Friday.

Red Sox....maybe shame on us for not explaining expectations better. Good form is letting league know you are away and making arrangements for your team to be managed if your away from internet. Same token, we're not a ball-n-chain. This is supposed to be fun. Members can look at inactivity as tanking for a better draft position, regardless of how innocent the inactivity might be. It's why league takes it very seriously. Please, ask your brother to reach out via PM to the commish as soon as he can.

Boston, his Yahoo activity was ME manipulating his lineup, as I have been doing on/off for the last 5 days or so. He has not responded to my PM messages, so I have just taken the burden of making his lineup valid.

He has not manipulated his Yahoo lineup since August 7th. That's over 3 weeks, and we just can't have it. Not checking in on the boards is not good, and not setting your lineup is even worse.

I am all for second chances, but the expectations are high. Checking in once a day is really almost necessary. If this were a head to head league, I would be less concerned. However, it being a ROTO league, everyone's roster affects the outcome of points awarded. He has not had a valid lineup since August 6th.
