I think it depends on other poll results. For example if we do a 150% salary increase I may hesitate to include rookies since after a 5 year deal an owner could in theory keep a superstar player on an extension for their entire career. we could make additional rules where you can only extend a player once or something to that extent, but now we are getting into the issue of having more things to track.
