I might be the one manager that could use some more years in their minors simply because I have so many players. However, it is not necessary for me if I can choose to subtract a year from individuals or not. I can manage without extra years.
I would prefer to keep it at 75 and not change a thing. Is there any manager out there that needs more years?
I have 31 players in my minors. A lot of them played and I graduated 6 of them. Of the 25 players left, 12 of them got playing time this season. My situation is much different from yours. I can manage to subtract a year from certain people and still use all of my picks without adding more years.
I wanted to hear from different people about this. A 3 year plan to get back to 75 years seems a bit long to get back to normal. Who knows what the new normal is...
i agree 1 year to get things in order so work fine. i am good with staying at 75 also as i monitor my years and tend to know how many pics ill have or project to have. Poor planning should not be rewarded however Covid did screw alot of things up.
I have a bunch of draft picks every year. That is a part of my planning😉
I can manage my years without an increase of total years. I can manage, but I wanted to see if any other managers want / need relief. I don’t like going 3 years to get back to square. I am fine with 1 year of relief. Not sure that any other team has as many players in the minors as mine or has as many picks as I do.
The poll should help us determine if 1 year is good enough.

Yeah im confused too to be honest. We went from adding years to Yanks asking for which players i want to reduce a year on? Truthfully im ready to just trade all my picks away this is terrible.

I know I haven't chimed in recently on this but I do have a potential trade in tbe works based on this decision. With everything going on, I might more patient than some/most. Is there a final vote in place?
