No, I'm NOT advocating for changing roster sizes, this is JUST for Yahoo to allow Ohtani to b a 2-way player like it was previously! Cashman's would still b 26 players!!

Roster size was always 25 and we went to 26 so the Ohtani player could have both. People didn't like having an NA player on roster because they were gettin auto played in lineups. If you would rather have the extra roster spot I'm sure you could find someone to take Ohtani off your hands!

Well if u read the entire thread, u see everyone agreed that ONLY Yahoo would b changed n that everyone would either have NA or Ohtani. Someone on NA getting auto played would still have no impact as they would also have no stats. That's exactly how it was for the 1st 2 years. Wouldn't b fair to change it in the middle of a contract. It's still 26 players (on Cashman's AND real life), just not on Yahoo (who is too lazy/cheap to fix Ohtani Batter/Pitcher).
I agree, Yahoo is terrible. Perhaps they will find resolution to this next year, but they treat them as individual players. I guess the real issue for them is that you can only have the single player occupy 1 active roster spot daily if they have the same player both the pitcher and hitter designation.
DraftKings also limits this guy too. On days he pitches, he is not eligible to accrue offensive stats, or vice versa.
