Assuming, Toronto, Philly voted.
Total of 11 votes cast 7 in favor of keeping Hembree and 4 in favor of its being abolished.
That leaves 3 votes not having been cast. Without those 3 votes, we don't know if we're 50/50 on the rule itself, which I think is important to understand.
If you are one of the three teams, please cast a vote.
Also I propose future votes be handled over Private Messaging with Pitts, Minn, and proposal author on copy to those PMs to tally votes. Proboards has no accountability built into their polling tool, which makes this effectively useless. Private Messaging, we can send something out to individuals with 3 folks on copy to it. Keep it confidential if anybody doesnt want to have their vote known to everyone. More controllable as far as chasing down 100% of the leagues votes.
