-The way it is now with our salary caps, but add a rule that you cannot trade a player signed to 1 year contract with money to subsidize for the other team at all. If you want to trade that 1 yr signed player, the other team has to pay for the entire contract, period. And we eliminate last year's rule the 50% $$ after all-star break thing that admittedly hurts my brain.
