I propose we allow teams to drop 2 players prior to the entry draft,similar to the milb draft. Maybe require that you cannot drop any one from previous entry or milb drafts.

I vote keep it the same. It's been like this since the league started. No relief for getting stuck with the flavor of the week prospect.

I never understood why we couldn't treat our minor leagues like our Major Leagues and cut any player at any time. What was the thought process behind that?
