The league charter has been updated to reflect formatting of formal trades posted to the 'Completed Trades' board.
Give it a read. Penalties are listed for non-adherence to the formatting. Most of you are familiar with the formatting. Our newest members should study this.
You will find the update to the league charter in "Section 8: Special Rules" titled "Trade Format" Again, link to the league charter can be found on the side bar of the Cashman website (On PC, not mobile phones) titled "Cashman Charter". Just in case you are surfing on a mobile, the link to Sect 8 of the charter:

The penalties might seem machiavellian to some, but they serve a very important purpose. The good folks who perform admin tasks for our Google Team sheets put an awful lot of work year round in keeping these sheets accurate and up-to-date. Ambiguity in our formal trade postings only serve to make their tasks more difficult, and we don't want that. So if not for avoiding penalties, let's adhere to this formatting to ensure these guys have an easy road to keeping our team sheets up-to-date and accurate.
