1/2 salary before all star break no tanking ruke

This rule seriously hindered my ability to try to trade an expensive piece. I'm trying to win a championship this yr and not tanking even a little, but in trade proposals to move Jansen I was having to take back a crappy contract just to make the numbers work.

Just generally grumbling, but my opinion of this rule is it hinders my trading aka my fun.
