I only had Kyle Schwarber in like almost every league I manage.  EPic first week.  Epic dog @#$%.

In my dynasty league I traded Schwarber for Pollack about 3 weeks ago. So....instant karma or something.

Schwarber is sure to lose his catcher eligibility now. I'm just hoping next season they let him catch so he gets it back.

I think my team is deep enough to compete without him. However, if I lose another key player or two, my run at the top could be short lived...

His knees are shot. I doubt he is ever behind the plate again once recovered. He has a tough tough road ahead of him to recover from this. Very sad.

The next Jim Thome but at DH. Not bad if he can get to that. He has his age going for him at least. Maybe he does make a 100% recovery and is able to catch and do all that good stuff. He wasn't known for his catching prowess though.

Yeah Cubbies have some good C prospects like Contreras, so I doubt he ever catches again (other than as an emergency C).

He's not really an OF either. If he remains in the NL, the Cubs will have to keep him on the field somehow. I would not be surprised to see him catch again.

He will probably stick with the OF. In college, he played about 40% of his games as a corner OF. He has OF experience, but is just a below average fielder. For you old guys, think Greg Luzinski.

I always thought his name was luzerinski, of course I will always hate the Phillies.

Yeah, it's got to be the first time somebody compared a player's defense to Luzinski and meant it in a positive fashion.

It's a shame that Luzinski and Bob Horner never got to play on the same team. I'm not even sure they are different people. Did anyone ever see them together at the same time?
