Why isn't Brady Aiken legal? I see someone picked him last year, but didn't he go unsigned by the Houston Astros b/c he went to school? Indians scooped him up in the Rule 4 this year. So I am confused.  This league's Texas team selected Aiken, shouldn't it stand?
