do these other free hosting game sites have more or better stats than yahoo?. i havent played espn for some time and never cbs. do they use better fielding stats or some sabr ones?
I am in an ESPN league and it seems like they allow for some decent customization. I am not the commish of that league but for example, last year we were using AVG and this year we voted to change it to OPS. With Pitching we went from W's to Quality Starts (QS). Also Saves and holds have been combined together as one stat (SVHD). So we are 5x5 using HR, RBI, OPS, R, SB for Offense and ERA, WHIP, SVHD, K, QS for Pitching. Not sure just how close to SABR ESPN gets but this is an example of something we did this year.
