i, admin, thinking that the deadline is 9am on wed/sun, opened the file for pitts. thought pitts is busy and i'll do it for him. saw that sd placed a bid which i thought was late so i went back to the rules section and discovered the deadline is at 6pm wed/sun. ooops!
