Lots of work went into that even if it doesn't look like it. It's a real B!TCH to calculate the proper cut salary values!
I made some changes that will make it easier to modify in the future as well.
In any event, the spreadsheets are now future-proof until 2020 or so (or until the zombie armageddon, whichever comes first.)
