I propose the following:
9.29 season end 9.30 - 10.13 Final trading period, roster cuts for 2019 10.14 - 2019 Cap year ends. All transactions suspended. 10.19 - Final 2019 rosters due. 10.20 - 2020 Cashman cap year begins. FA bidding starts and trading reopens

We have the one issue of finding a replacement owner for the Texas Rangers. Does anyone have anyone in mind that could fit the bill? It would be a shame to go into free-agent bidding with that spot still open.
Maybe we can just push the schedule out a week and allow trades for 2 weeks. I see no harm in trading out another week. Maybe that will help us find our new Texas.
I like the new Bosox and O’s additions. I think these guys are working out well and perhaps they know someone worthy???
Do we have to make roster cuts tonight in order for it to count against 2019?
If so, I apologize, but I’m gonna need another day. I have been traveling like mad, home for a day (literally 28 hours) and I’m right back out tomorrow morning. I will post my final roster tomorrow night after work.

Obviously free agent auction bidding date is to be determined. Right now Pittsburgh will be working on getting our sheets ready. Figure in a week or two but stay tuned for that date.
Sounds good brew. Was just getting ready to ask this question and when i looked at my spreadsheet i noticed Pitts is still working on them so all good.
