Hembree Rule

I better understand Hembree, I was the first to use it. I had to hold on to Hembree for 3 years before I could cut him. I was expecting a closer, but he never became on. I took the risk and it hurt me.

My understanding was u only were forced to keep him 1 year n u could cut him the same time u cut up to 4 MiLBers in January, just b4 Draft. Y u kept him 2 additional years is a mystery to me!

No, I had to keep him until he reached he reached 50 innings to pitched.
