At the time of Chicago's first bid, it was illegal. He was at 24 man roster with two active bids.
Minny came in being nice guy and upped on what was the last bid (and illegal) made by ChiSox.
Therefore as backup to the MiLB moderator, I am ruling that all bids on this post right now are invalid. 12-hour clock is restarted on German Marquez with no active bids at this time. Next bid starts the 24-hour clock.
This is FINAL warning on illegal bids as it relates to roster size. When you bid on any player you must have a vacant roster spot available before bid is placed. Another illegal bid will result in a fine.
